Sorry it has taken so long to respond. I was out for a while recovering from minor knee surgery. I contacted a couple of people in the area about this with sparse results. One fellow and I have traded visits and another communicated via e-mail for a while but haven't heard from him lately. Where are you located? I am in the Sandy area.
