Is it still under warranty? If not, try to find a local audio tech. If you are in the San Francisco Bay Area, I would recommend Nick Gowan of True Sound in Campbell.

Mitch Singerman in LA 310-823-5145 is an authorized repair guy for ASL. I would really recommend him even though your ASL might be out of warranty. Very modest pricing and be sure and ask him about upgrades. Dirt cheap....
