Also try his Fantasia on a Theme by Thomas Tallis--the Barbirolli version is my favorite. And Grainger's Irish tune from County Derry (Danny Boy), in any form but especially orchestral, can always get me.

Staying with Mahler, I agree with Mapman on Mahler 2, the final portion of the last movement always gives me the shivers. As does the third movement of the Shostakovich 5th Symphony.
