I just ordered the CS3 EQ. If someone would be so kind as to point me to the thread you referenced..... thanks!

I do not seem to see tape in / out jacks on my AV receiver, which I have the front out jacks connected to my Conrad Johnson amp. How do I hook up the EQ? 

AV receiver front pre-outs => CS3 EQ => Conrad Johnson amp => Thiel CS3
