Surround Rear speaker set-up 5.1

I am really limited to the back wall.
I would like to use for movies and multi channel music
The sonus walls can move horizontally.
What is the best solution here? I am told it should be on the sides for best results. Does it really make that much difference?

Yes. Humans have poor lateral spatial hearing resolution. Putting the surrounds in the back will compromise envelopment and lead to confusing imaging.

I do not have a solution but, then again, I do not know how your room is set up.

Hard to believe but I am OK with it if you are happy.
