SublimeAcoustic 3-way crossover

Does anyone have experience with the SublimeAcoustic K231 3 way active crossover? For years (decades) I’ve thought about building a system around an active crossover and separate amps to power the different audio ranges. I’ve DIY’d a number of speakers over the years and built passive crossovers, but always wondered if the SQ would improve with active X-overs vs passive. I’ve bi-amped some speakers over the years using separate amps, tube for mids-highs and SS for the bass and enjoyed the results, and along those lines I wonder how the active x-over and separate amps would sound. I would most likely be DIYing the speakers/cabs.

I’d be interested to hear from those of you that have gone this route with the K231 or other active X-over. Thanks

SublimeAcoustic 3-way crossover

What a great, very nicely made 24 or 12db per octave 3 way xover for the money. $499!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would have bought one but for, such a pity they use stacks of different cards for various xover points.
I would have much preferred to see banks of internal mini dip switches for this, (like Nelson Pass did with his B4) "just" in case they are no longer around one day and you want to change xover points with different speakers or whatever.
