Sota Star Nova V......Intermittent Clicking.....

This may have been addressed here, however I could find no thread. After the upgrade every once and a while I get the dreaded clicks from the power supply box and then for some reason after a long while it goes away. Is this related to the vacuum pump? Various levels of vacuum setting seem to make no difference. Disconect/reconect on the power cord present the same clicking results. Any A-goners insights would be very helpful. I'm hoping this is a minor adjustment or diaphram reset? Vacuum tubing is not leaking. Short of calling Sota direct I'm trying to avoid packing and shipping the beast back east to IL.
