Rock concerts

I know this is in older threads but I am interested in what concerts you attended back in the day, and
better yet, do you still enjoy them as much today?
My first concert was Dr. Hook and the Medicine Show!
I loved Foreigner, saw them several times.  Heart was great, as was AC/DC. Billy Squier,
Chicago...and I have to say, I love hearing them even now!

Springsteen.

When he came on his intensity level was so high I turned to my girl after 2 songs and said there’s no way he keeps this up. Two full hours later at the break he has not let up. Comes back plays another half an hour. Comes back encore plays another couple songs. Lights go up. Hardly anyone leaves. Lights are up. I’m thinking: He’s played almost everything. He must be done. He comes back!

He starts working the crowd. Man has been going full bore a solid 4 hours, now working the crowd. Says turn up the lights! Lights come up. Not like before. Like when they want you to leave. Never saw this in my life. Absolutely incredible. The guy behind me, he noticed my barnoculars, traded a few lines for some rum. Otherwise I never woulda made it. How Bruce made it, can only say, he’s Bruce. Sorry. Let me rephrase that: Bruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuce! Bruuuuuuuuuuuce!!!!

You know the sound. Incredible. This time the band goes off, my girl gets up to leave, I say no. Stay. Finally I get it. Took a while. "He can’t leave. He’s gonna do Jungleland!"

Sure enough. The rangers had a homecoming in Harlem late last night
