Rel G2 sub still competitive?

I have a seven year old Rel G2 subwoofer. I’ve just sent the amp off for a repair as it won’t turn on. I’m wondering if the newer technology has advanced enough to justify replacement. The G2 sounds good and blends well with the speakers. I know newer is not necessarily better. Thanks

If after running Auto EQ followed by the potential of Manual EQ adjustments of nine parameters within eight discreet frequency bands and this was your result?
I'd suggest there's no competition for you, definitely stick with the REL 1000%.
