Rega upgrades/tweeks

I am soon to be the owner of a new P5, Exact II and seperate power supply. I know all about "not messing with the Rega sound." However, I AM curious re others experiences. Esp the Expresimo Heavy Weight and end sub, thanks.

I am now solidly in Yesrogers camp; no more upgrades. I'm just buying more vinyl and enjoying it. I've also quit trying different cleaning fluids; I'll stick with the one that I like and just go on with my life. I can now listen to the music, not the equipment.

At my age I confuse terms sometimes, it is the groovetracer w/ruby. Every LP is another small adventure. I'm also learning the CRITICAL importance of keepting the stylus clean.............

I recently added the souther clever clamp which seemed to just sharpen the focus a tad, and the groovetracer subplatter which my wife called a "shocking" improvement. Soundstage wider, deeper, instrumental strumming, tapping, plucking much more lifelike YMMV
