"Pure Heroine" sonics, CD vs. Vinyl

Finally picked up the CD and I must say that it's quite good. The sonic quality of the tracks is a bit uneven; ironically, "Royals," the monster hit, sounds a little odd; so much reverb applied to the harmonized voices in the chorus that it has a somewhat unpleasant, echo chamber effect. On the other hand, "Buzzcut Season" (my favorite track) sounds great.

Now I definitely won't buy it.

Hmmmm... while not the most wonderfully engineered pop album ever, I understand that some manufacturers have been using cuts from this album at show demos, so I thought maybe somebody else here would have compared these formats.
