there is crackling when you raise and lower the volume. On two occasions the volume got much louder without any reason. Doesn't seem to be the tubes. This was the first problem in 10 years. I wouldn't hesitate to buy one. It's a great unit.
Primaluna integrated
After 10 years of use, my beloved Prologue 2 needs repair. I love this integrated , the sound bests everything I have heard . I'm amazed at the soundstage , bass and midrange. I'm currently using kt120s and the music is very engaging. My speakers are omega 3xrs and the combination is wonderful. I use tidal with a concero hd dac. The support I received from Primaluna (Herman and Kevin ) was very reinforcing. Even though I purchased it used , they were very responsive and understood that for every person who buys a used piece , there is another potential sale. I can't wait to get it back. The experience has been very positive. Kudos to Primaluna , great products and great support !!
