Password reset on Theta Casanova?

Hi Raks and than's for the fast reply:)

Sad to say I had no luck with the override code using the buttons below the display. Nor with the remote.
Why would Theta USA send me this password if it's faulty?
The code they sent me was 54321. I just don't get it.

A friend of mine is coming by on Friday and he is gonna check if there's any other way to reset it by opening the Casa Nova. He's a wizard regarding these things:)

I don't want to ship it overseas, have to pay more for shipping than I did for the unit...
Started entering the codes yesterday, but it's 1296 combos so it's going to take me a while.

It's so frustrating not being able to enter the setup, feels like I've got a high end NASA brick with a fancy look in my rack..

Try using the buttons on the front of the Casanova verses using the remote. You first have to push the Set-Up button. The LCD screen will then prompt you to enter the password. Enter the password using the numbered buttons directly below the LCD screen. You'll know if the override password took when the LCD screen changes showing IMP, GLOBAL, MACROS, PW, and DAC CONFIG.

I know that this might be a long dead tread but I have to give it a try anyway.

Bought a used Casa Nova and the previous owner password protected the setup. I got the override password from Theta but it doesn't seem to be working.

They sent me a five digit code but it doesn't unlock anything. It just goes back to the same blue screen.

Am I doing this wrong?

Sent Theta another mail but no answer so far.

Theta keeps an override password on file.
