The JC2 is a preamp.
The Rogue CM II is an outstanding sounding amplifier- owned one for several years and loved it.
Need an amp: rogue audio cronus magnum iii or Parasound JC 2 ?
Looking for a preowned amp for my Goldenear Triton One R speakers. I tend to listen on the loud side, non critical listening but rather just crank up some good ol classic rock. I'll be using a BlueSound Vault and I do have a Marantz MKII that I can use are a pre/pro.
Never had a tube amp before but for around the $1500-2000 price the Rogue came up as an option as did a Parasound JC2.
Thoughts and options for my system?
