How far for Interconnects??

I am wanting to fee XM Radio to my garage via. interceonnect at line level out of my directv sat receiver.
I need to run about 65-70 feet with all the rise and drops.
I tried the Terk Leap Frog but I get too much interference.
Any experience or suggestions you can share would be greatly appreciated.

I wouldn't worry about it. We often run interconnects longer than that to tie two systems together and it works fine.
70 ft distance would be at least 1000pF capacitance and in the average case maybe double that. You need a buffer stage to drive that much capacitance and a well shielded cable.
Your best bet is a wireless link IMO.
