They over-look everyone's 1st admendment rights. I hope to meet him in person someday and give him a history lesson or two.As a point of information, the only protection to free speech that is provided by the First Amendment to the US Constitution is that "Congress shall make no law ... abridging the freedom of speech." The 14th Amendment extended that to protect against laws enacted by State governments. There are no free speech protections in the Constitution against actions by private organizations or individuals, popular misconceptions notwithstanding.
