Kclone...like any properly designed time/phase correct speaker...the Europas dont have a confrontational, "in your face" sound like many speakers do(and on first listen may be not as exciting)...however...over time you will appreciate their non-fatiguing, very musical, and very involving approach...so what you are experiencing is your ears getting used to THEIR sound...relax...and enjoy....
