Daughter needs something better than iPhone for music. Help!

My daughter uses Spotify as a music source but listens via her phone speaker when at home.  I have an extra pair of Paradigm Atoms that I do not use and assuming she would like these, what's the best way for her to listen to music on something better than her phone?  It's needs to have the ability to use Spotify and power to drive the Atoms.  Am looking for inexpensive suggestions but gives decent sound quality.  Anything is better than her phone speaker.

Peachtree Nova 150 is great (using with KEF LS50) and it also has a better than average iPhone input. The iPhone sound is tolerable via the Peachtree input. I listen to FLAC and FM radio and occasional iPhone input.

I got mine used here on A'gon for about $1200
@jc4659 If you go with the Peachtree Nova 150 you would use an iPhone LIGHTNING connector to the USBA input on the back of the Nova integrated. This unit is a class D amp + preamp + dac = integrated. For the non-iPhone stuff you have a USB2 input to pass in stuff from a streamer (dedicated audio streamer or computer). Those inputs are on the DAC part of the unit. There are other analog inputs to connect analog device such as an FM tuner. I have these 3 hooked up in my bedroom system. The streamer (bit perfect CD stream) comers from the other side of the house via the house copper wires. I use the Sonnare microRendu to coordinate this last part.

A lot of places on the web describe this type of setup.

" That brings us to (for me) the nova150’s killer feature: Peachtree’s Dy-NEC USB A input is for digitally siphoning ones and zeroes from suitably equipped smartphones and tablets – that means current iOS devices hooked up via Lightning-to-USB cable or selected Androids + intervening OTG cable. They’ll recharge as they play. "

BTW - if you want an Audioengine A2 speaker I can sell you mine which is now relegated to the garage when I work out. It cannot hold a candle to my other mini speakers, KEF LS50 and Audience 1+1 V2.
