Conrad Johnson aftermarket upgrade

Hi folks: I remember there was a gentleman who was a former CJ employee that has started his own company and takes in Conrad products and performs very effective upgrades. I know he lives in Virginia and I believe in the Fairfax area. Does anyone have a line on who he is and what his Email address might be?
