Buzz in my Will Vincent amp

Hello, I have a hum or buzz in my Will Vincent amp. It does not increase when I turn up the volume. Thanks, Cory in Reno

If not disconnect the amp from the preamp (leave it connected to the speakers), put short plugs in the RCA's, and turn the amp on. If you still here the noise, it's coming from the amp. If not, then you might just have a grounding issue.
