Audio Aero Capitole CDP problem

I have the original Audio Aero Capitol 24/192. In 2010, I had the transport and tubes replaced. It's always had some quirks on a handful of CD's where it would start breaking up near the end of the CD... but now it starts breaking up about 35-40 minutes into the music on every CD.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?
