Amazing Album Sides

There are amazing album sides that rock and swing from the first song through the last. The albums they come from are usually outstanding, but one side seems to get played over and over.

I'm going to start with a somewhat obscure and less obvious choice...Talking Heads' "Remain In Light" Side 1: "Born Under Punches (The Heat Goes On)", "Crosseyed and Painless", "The Great Curve".

Which one does it for you?

I would say Benjamin Lew's Nebka LP. Side one. I first heard this on a tape from a friend, he only put on side one. I asked what side two sounded like and he said he didn't know he had only ever played side one, that is how good it was. I didn't have a turntable at the time and it was a rather rare find on CD, so years later I finally got the vinyl and got to hear side two. Side two is great, but not quite like side one.
