Advise Needed About PS Audio M 700 Mono Block and Parasound A21

I am looking at PS Audio to replace my Parasound amp not the +. Would it be a good move? Is it better? It will be driving Focal Aria 936. Thanks.

I guess it all depends also on the pre-amp and source.... And taste!
