That transformer won't work for Japanese domestic gear because that stuff uses 100 volts AC.
240/110V 200Va transformer suitable for?
I have a transformer I purchased in Singapore that is 240/110V 200Va intended for Japanese equipment.
What components is this unit best suited for?
Will it handle amplifiers, is there any watts limit? Or is it best suited for cd players, DAC’s and other low current requirements?
I’ll try to upload photos later.
Since we access 10-15A at the wall, and this transformer can deliver 200Va at 110V or approx 1.2A what equipment will this be enough to drive?
