Cerious cables - Proper setup and run in time
Well, I sent mine back too. The marketing is more exciting than the sonics, IMO. Like all cables, just a matter of system match and the price you are willing to pay.
networked ICs
NME. Networks typically alter the highs resulting in smearing of the soundstage. YMMV.
REALITY CABLES ?
Heard of Straley's products but this must be a new spin.
Harmonic Technology Cyberlight cables
WOW, one year warranty?!!! Most cables are lifetime. I am not sure if I want thousands invested and have possible problematic cables. My components have better warranties.
Best Powercord - SIZE Matters along with price ???
Pure Note Paragon. Very flexible and small OD. Wonderful cord at twice the price.
Liquid Ceramics cables Has anyone heard these?
WOW! This post has gone way off topic. Ozzy, check out the Asylum search as there is more data to answer your original questions.
Liquid Ceramics cables Has anyone heard these?
See the Asylum. Mixed bag so far. Nice marketing spin, IMO.
powercord for Plinius SA-250
I have used TG Audio SLVR and Pure Note Paragon cords on my SA-100III. The Pure Note is cleaner in the highs.
Kimber Select vs Cardas Golden...
I agree with Ndeslions but I found the Cardas to be more bloated in the mids, yet warm.
Need recommendation for a dark sound interconnects
A used pair of Cardas Cross or Golden Cross. Nice and syrupy, very yin.
Acrolink in-wall cabling?
Romex copper is full impurities like iron and nickel. It is hard low grade copper. A good soiid OFC is better, IMO.
David Elrod. the man , the cable the company.
Dave is a fine man and fine products. There are others in the cable industry that I have had the pleasure to deal with:Ray Kimber-Kimber KableMax Kriefelt-Silver AudioTom Swenson-Pure NoteRobert Schultz-Ridge StreetHope I got the spelling right.
Spelts interconnects silver ?
Use the search function since no one here wants to comment.
Audiophile circuit breakers ?
No universal breaker, depends on load center. Square D industrial load centers are the best, IMO.
Harry Pearson's comments regarding .....
Shinola? Isn't that shoe polish? :) I use a drop of Dawn dishsoap and a cotton cloth. Pat dry with another cloth. Works great!
