How Long Is Too Long? A new customer waiting on delivery can wait longer than an established customer waiting for service, as long as expectations are properly set for the new customer. Under promise/over deliver. Perhaps has his priorities mixed up. Maybe because he ...
Am I defective? Is it a blessing or a curse to be moved to great lengths by a piece of art, music or any other purely creative endeavor? I think it is a blessing. To be "moved to great lengths" (tears, joy, sadness, bliss) IMO makes us more engaged humans. ...
Subs with room correction DSP? @m-db I didn’t say the sub crawl was a gimmick, it is not and I have done it and understand it. What I was suggesting is that it is not necessary if you use 2 subs as an extension of each speaker for 2 channel. You can see my set up in my profile ...
Subs with room correction DSP? Martin Logan and Paradigm subs both use Anthem’s ARC Genesis software and a USB mic for room correction. The software can be downloaded for free but I think you have to buy the “Perfect Bass Kit” to get the mic. The ARC "kit" and SW is a joke. ...
Would It Be Possible To Get Help Finding This Song? @mbmi I saw your lame attempt at a vulgar, insulting post (disguised/misspelled) - did you delete that or an admin?
Do my ears deceive me?? I owned Def Tech BP2006's and went from there to the Mythos ST-L Super Tower. The STLs blew away the 2006's, but while the ST-L's had very good highs and lows, they lacked good mid-range. I moved to Harbeth and REL. Leaps and bounds better for wh...

Múnich 2023 Pro-ject Dark side of the moon turntable After owning an RPM 10 Carbon, and naively thinking it was "audiophile", I can't take this seriously.
Ethernet Switch- what's the point? This is the Q&A I sent to Bluesound, answered by a ’Technical Analyst - Level 3" Scroll down to the end but it seems streaming audio is sent over TCP which I THINK means bit checked packets which if true, is CONTRARY to what I "learned" on thi...
Wireless rear surround options @elliottbnewcombjr Thanks. I already did the same search. I cannot find an active speaker that will receive a wifi signal from the AVR. I guess I need something like this and then use any active speaker. https://www.svsound.com/products/soundpat...
Jazz for aficionados @tyray @mahgister @frogman @acman3 Thank you for the kind words, thoughts and links. I was able to find that CD on the used market. At the time it was not available on Tidal. I was happy when it did show up (along with what looks like the whole...
