REVERB LOSES PACKAGE AND WON"T PAY LOSS

I buy a (2) piece pre-amp and power supply and Reverb ships it with signature only on one box, the other box is lost and they won't do anything, so I go into Pay-Pal and they say that its Reverb's problem so I can't file a "Un-delivered claim" ...So now I'm out at least 1200.00 for half of my purchase........Reverb lets the seller decide if they are going to pay a refund, So of course he won't pay the loss..............So when you buy on Reverb you will take a chance on losing your whole purchase and nobody will do anything.......

My daughter works for Red Barn pet products.https://share.google/RWmJmrnzLW0T9ltzm. I am able to get at employee prices. I get food for several of the puppies in the building. Today they delivered eight boxes on UPS. It’s hard to figure out how they can get that right and yet they will lose One box somewhere in the Universe. So sorry for your conundrum, hopefully someone will come up with a righteous solution.

I have to wonder if your message has anything to do with this problem, I paid a seller 2300.00 for a two piece Audio Research pre-amp, the seller sends it signature for one box and no signature for the second box......I'm not sure if this was intentional to mix up the process so I couldn't make a claim......Then Reverb lets the seller decide if  I get my money back......That's really "cool" , so he decides I get no refund, The second box was supposed to be delivered to a UPS access point, but UPS says we don't have any access point or places..............So where is my other half ???????      So I decide to file a pay-pal claim, but they tell me  Reverb handle there own claims, So I can't file a Pay-Pal claim.............And after 5 days Reverb won't even answer emails.....Do I Sue them for my money, what can I do ???

Check with your state attorney general on the process for filing a consumer complaint. Most AG offices have a consumer protection division. The other possibility, if you are mad enough, is suing the seller and Reverb in your state's version of small claims court. Most states don't require you to hire an attorney.

But first, carefully read all the terms and conditions that you may have agreed to by ordering through Reverb. Its certainly possible that Reverb imposes terms that would insulate it from liability in these situations.
