@ktown Agreed. I’ve been slowly moving my collection over to VSS inner/outer sleeves. I’ve settled on the dual-pocked single flap for single, non-gatefold records. I’ve recently bought some of the 12.75" dual pocket gatefold outer sleeves, but they’re a little bit large for some of my gatefolds. Apparently VSS is coming out with a 12" dual pocket gatefold sometime this year.
Vinyl Storage Solutions Record Sleeves
Internet audio forums are often full of complaints about equipment manufacturers, LP reissue companies, high-end audio stores, etc., but rarely do I see posts praising a company for great products and service.
So I'd like to give a shout-out to Vinyl Storage Solutions, the Canadian company that makes high-quality inner and outer record sleeves. I've been buying their products for a while now, and I think they're the best record sleeves I've owned. Their dual-pocket sleeves really have been a game-changer for me.
Beyond making outstanding products, their customer service has been second to none. Any questions I've had have always been answered promptly by email, and the company somehow manages to get orders from its warehouse in Manitoba to my home in Northern California in two days or less - even using the free shipping option!
I have no affiliation with the company other than being a satisfied customer, but I wanted to sing its praises because both its products and customer service deserve the recognition, IMHO.

@slaw Shipping is free on overs over US$65. They also do bulk pricing and they seem to have 10% off deals regularly. And they have a loyalty points program. So there are ways to save some money, but I don't think I've seen a 25% off deal since I've been a customer. |
