If a tree falls in the forest, does the forest need room treatment? Absolutely!

Being the “only one” to hear great classical music on your own personally assembled and maintained stereo is, I gather a common experience among readers here. Even though I am fortunate enough to be a member of a group of people who refer to ourselves as a Vinyl Group, few are the times that we enjoy classical music in shared listening sessions. I occasionally torture others with my Orff, Glass and Varese music but the truth is, only two others are receptive to this type of music. Interestingly, both are from overseas (Europe and South America).

Although I’m not big on classical music, all good music sounds sublime on a nice hifi. I understand exactly what you’re saying and can almost hear that tree falling.
