Seeking Recommendations for a Streamer (No DAC)
Hi All,
Unfortunately I could not get an Aurender N100h to work with my BlackIce Glass FX Tube DAC so it's going back.
It's a known issue with Aurender, they even have a "bug fix" built into the app but in my case it didn't work.
I'm looking for a dedicated streamer, no DAC, optimized for USB to replace a NODE N130.
Budget is ~$1,000 used.

@macg19 Thanks for asking. I am getting a new preamplifier. Its an LTA Preamp L3. I currently have an LTA MZ2 Preamp and it makes a wonderful improvement in the DACs sound. |
@ejh369 Beautiful piece, well chosen! @tubeguy80 1 day in and the T3X is really something. Completely eclipses what I had before which all-in, was about $3K. The T3X is double that but there is no comparison. Even SXM radio played over AirPlay from an iPad sounds way better than streaming natively from BluOS. I have not had a serious listening session with any Qobuz content yet, and I wanted to wait for the last piece of the optical fiber ethernet kit which is arriving shortly. |
