Have you looked on Fleabay for one? If you can't find one there, you can try a B&O specific repair facility. There are a couple of them in the US that repair older gear from them and they might have a key for sale.
Bang & Olufsen BeoSound 9000 - part/tool or workaround needed
Hello! We inherited an old BeoSound 9000 6-CD Changer that is set to play in the horizontal position. It did not come with the "key/tool" to change the playback orientation to vertical (see page 9 of the Reference Book), which is what we hope to do. Any suggestions for an alternative (workaround) to change the orientation without the provided key/tool, or any lead to purchase the missing tool is very much appreciated!
