It somehow makes a difference to folks’ ears; never mind the most rabid of them haven’t heard 10kHz since the 1990s. With respect, I would have to agree with the opinion that the PhD who runs Shunyata is a mendacious buffoon. I wrote a long post once, deconstructing one of his youtube videos hawking his $100 wall outlet, in which he deliberately misused an otherwise perfectly good test instrument in order to draw misleading conclusions from a legit but taken out of context measurement.

fortunately, I have a lot of work to do unlike the rest of you. I actually do this for a living every day. surgeons are spending their own money to employ Shunyata power cords to lower the noise on the sensitive measurement tools that they used to conduct certain surgeries, and you would be fortunate to have a surgeon who did that for you
I hope someday the universe puts you in a hospital with a doctor using Shunyata cords on all the sensitive equipment and he saves your life… I’m sure you’ll post about that with appreciation
