KEF Blade One (non-meta) vs One Meta vs Blade 2 for large room

The title pretty much says it except the Blade 2's would be meta versions.

Trying to choose between these 3 speakers to fill a high ceiling (27’) 35’ long and 24’ wide living area. The room opens into a dining room then kitchen and breakfast area, that functionally increases the overall volume.

This is not a dedicated listening room ( I have a Wilson WP based room for that) and yes, aesthetics matter hence these 3 choices.

I’m thinking that the Ones might better fill the space with their bigger driver line-up. That said I doubt that they will be driven as hard as the Wilsons (in a smaller, fully treated room).

It will be very difficult to listen to all 3 so hoping those here with experience with 1 or more of these opine on which might be better suited to the room.

Thanks in advance.

David.

I’m thinking the Blades will be the thin end of the wedge for another pair of Wilsons.

Update:

I recd the Blade 2’s and they installed in a temporary space while the house they are headed for is being worked on.

The room is a concrete rectangle that is open on one side by a dining area. The room hard with a hanging slap back. No point in treating it at this point with move 1-2 mos away

Powered by T9.4 with Accuphase E4000 as pre-amp with Revox B77 and Apple iTV streamer.

The sound is not great due mainly to the room - there is also a nasty + 8db 50hz bump- so hardly surprising.

i can say they have plenty of energy to fill this med sized space. They are smooth (to 50hz) with bass to circa 30 measured. They are clear with nice midrange but nowhere near as holographic as the Wilson WP driven by McIntosh (different room etc).

It’s too early to be disappointed and I know that there is much tweaking, room and otherwise, ahead.

Solo piano shows the potential that I’m sure I’ll find but it won’t be by swapping out cables; )

One area where they are def better than the WWPs  is no having to keep your head locked in a 2” sweet spot - with the Blades you can move around, stand up, even  lie down it seems.
