Manufacturers with great customer service

What are the brands you've experienced with great customer service?

Small Green Computer and Bricasti have been super.  Over 40 years ago a crack developed in my Ortofon Concorde 30 cartridge.  I contacted them about it via snail mail and they returned a new cartridge to me no questions asked.

Veritas Cables: Already on saw it on this list a few times, but the team at Veritas Cables has been amazing to deal with. Very fast and patient with my never ending stream of questions.

ModWright: Also already mentioned a few times, but Dan at ModWright has always offered exceptional service.

HeadAmp: While they now resell many other brands, HeadAmp started as a manufacturer and continues offering truly special headphone amplification. Justin goes out of his way to give great advice even when dealing with second hand gear he built ages ago.

Tiglon USA: A new one that I've been really impressed with the past few months. Again, going the extra mile to make sure the customer is totally taken care of and comfortable with the transaction. Highly recommended.

Iconoclast Cables !!!

The one time they made a mistake, they were all over it. We all make mistakes, but Iconoclast pursued correction with frequent communication, immediate follow-up, courtesy, and no excuses until I was happy. That's integrity!

Doug Dale at CODA is just fantastic to work with, and i appreciate his fast replies to my (often dumb) follow up questions.

REL’s NW regional sales director, Paul Magee, has consistently been super helpful and prompt with answers to questions about old and potential new equipment.

As many have already noted, Veritas Cable folks are just top notch in terms of brainstorming solutions, ease of communication and meeting timing expectations.

And I've had only excellent interactions with Jeff Rowland and his team when I’ve needed advice or help with their equipment, even though I bought all of mine used.

(Can I add Paul Songer, even though i don’t own any of his equipment?  As a favor to a local dealer, Paul came to my home on  Memorial Day and replaced a faulty XLR input — i.e., ordered the part and soldered it in — in a used Rowland Aeris DAC that I wanted to buy.  So nice getting to meet him and talk about his speakers as he soldered the wires in (on my kitchen island).  I wish i had a space suitable for a pair of his speakers!)
