What’s your favorite SOUND?

The way I see it, "sound" is a function of a player and an instrument. Ten pianists will produce ten different sounds from the same piano. The best musicians can get their signature sound from just about any instrument. 

Not having enough diversity regarding musical genres is the biggest weakness among self-claimed music lovers and Audiophiles. This type of question only helps exacerbate the restricted musical tastes of too many Audiophiles
