Vinnie Rossi.

I purchased a pre-owned LIO that didn't have the DAC module, so I contacted Vinnie and learned that he still had some old stock modules, so I bought one.  The physical part of the install was a breeze, but for some reason I wasn't getting any output to the speakers.  Vinnie himself traded 6-7 emails with me trouble-shooting the issue.  He even sent me a second DAC module free of charge to test thinking the original was defective.  Once Vinnie figured out that the issue was a simple setting that needed to be switched, all was fine and I returned the second module.

Amazing service from the owner of the company on a 10-year old product that I bought in the secondary market.  World class!

I have the Vinnie Rossi , Brama Integrated gen 2.

I once wrote to Mr.Rossi that I would like , if when using the ´´ Mute ´´ ; only the speakers were ´´ Off ´´ ; not the entire preamp. section.

 

He sent me a firmware update that allowed me to use the Brama Integrated Gen2  that way . Now I can use it with a headphone amplifier  without hearing the speakers , only the headphones.

That is very similar to my issue.

The LIO has an AMP button that disables the amplifier signal to the speakers so that you can listen just to the headphones.  The reason I wasn't getting sound to my speakers is because the AMP button was in the wrong position.

Vinnie was amazing throughout the entire process.

I bought an Uptone Audio etherREGEN when they first came out. Recently I was having some difficulty getting it hooked up in a new configuration, and emailed the company asking for help. 

The next day, I got a phone call from Alex Crespi, who owns the company and designed the device, asking me more about this issue. He had looked up my history and found I'd bought it six and a half years ago. We talked at length, and he emailed me a couple of solutions, and detailed instructions for updating the firmware on the device. 

Needless to say I think this is extraordinary customer service.

I bought one of my numerous Falcon baitcasting rods back in 1993.  In 2025, the reel seat broke.  I contacted Falcon in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, to inquire about buying a replacement, and the customer service representative told me to cut the rod and send them the lower section that had the model printed on it.  A week later I received a brand new rod by UPS.  Falcon replaced a $200 32-year-old rod for free (all I paid was $5 postage to mail the rod handle back).  That’s standing behind a product .
