I see your post is from a month ago, but here goes. I too had open baffle speakers (Emerald Physics 2.8) that had two 15" woofers per side, and required DSP in order to get all the drivers in balance.
The manufacturer provided a miniDSP, which was competent, but I thought was hard to use and calibrate. So, I went to a DSPeaker Anti-Mode 2.0, which sounded much better, and was a snap to calibrate. it worked like a charm for years. I then upgraded to the DSPeaker X4, which was better, but probably not necessary.
I see the Anti-Mode 2.0 for sale used for $500 or so. That would make a big difference, i think.
