Should AI generated posts be banned or otherwise regulated?

I just wonder.

At least, when I start a new thread, I am expecting other people's opinions.  I can get my own AI response so I am not sure why others would repeat what I can do myself.

If someone were to have access to some better AI than I have access to, I guess that would be useful info I could not otherwise get.  But in general, I wonder why posters think responding with AI content is useful to someone who can get that directly themselves.

@goodlistening64 - Sure, there are a lot of schemes and ripoffs on Wall St exchanges, and there are also many thousands of companies that don't make big news that do business honestly. I held on to my investments during the 2008 recession and that was one of the best decisions I ever made, thanks for asking...

I think ai is wonderful and it’s getting better every single day.

Within the space of four weeks while working with AI, I have solved all the problems of humanity. Now I need to find a way to get all of humanity to read what AI has concluded as the best course of action.

That is my next challenge with AI, the distribution of all these materials and somehow forcing people to read solutions to how mankind can solve all their problems.

Translation problems are not a problem.

Maybe by the end of the summer, all the world’s problems will be solved assuming I can successfully find a way to force everybody on the planet to read ai solutions to all of mankind’s problems.

@emergingsoul just love your posts!

All the world’s problems will definitely appear to be solved by the end of the summer, seeing as to how we’ve got a midterm election in November and 3 months is about how long it takes folks to forget anything ever happened 😂😂🤣

Like the song said

And Iran

And I ran

And Iran all night and day

And Iran so far away

@emergingsoul

If you could solve the world’s problems, by say, tomorrow (?), that would be great! I will understand if it takes another week beyond that, but it sounds like all of the promises of AI are, in fact, for certain and it’s just a matter of time before you, me, (or even Devin!) will hero our way into history and place "Imagine" on repeat for everyone to sing in peace and harmony.

A.I. has already changed my life and is destined to change everyone’s life, just like the brokers said it would. Billionaires know their time is up, and all the secrets of wealth will be shared with audiophiles (we are first in the queue) across the country. Make room for that new amp! You can even design your own home around the amp by using a 3D printer to print your home, at home! Best to do it outside.

Big shout out to Jamie Dimon who has finally traded in his cockroach days of swindling the mass public, and is now a heralded difference maker for not just Wall Street, but for all the poor people in the world who cannot afford an Accuphase.

And other great billionaires are singing praises of AI as well, as they say its an opportunity that they just can’t pass up. Even Bill Ackman is giddy and said this about AI yesterday morning..

“Obviously, there’s risk with AI, but I’m seeing all of the use cases in healthcare and automation and productivity, and it’s going to create the opportunity for every citizen to basically be an entrepreneur, be able to build things, write software,” he added. “I think it’s going to lead to an acceleration in economic growth. And we have other accelerants, all of this capex spending in connection with the AI build. We have a tax bill that highly incentivizes investment. So I think there are a lot of reasons to be bullish on the country.”

He finished with this:

“I think this is one of the great moments to be alive, to be an American at a time of incredible technological change,” Ackman said.

It is truly the greatest moment to be alive! (Rather than dead, or I guess, in a coma).

@larsman

Never a doubt! Typically, I find your input to be best. You are credit to your gender, other genders, and all the other animals at large! My dog appreciates you!

The best thing anyone can do in this prolifically wonderful time to be alive is to live (longer by avoiding head-on train collisions!) with AI 24/7 and get all the answers before others do! Just this morning, I have been working diligently writing software using C++++ to create the code that has unlocked a pancreatic cancer cure. In just a span of 10 minutes!

Today I woke up to a power outage.

It was horrifying. I didn’t know what to do. I enabled cellular on my iPad and immediately plugged in my phone to the backup battery I have. I was planning to extend a cord from the refrigerator to the large battery cell I have in my basement. I was preparing for a full survival mode operation.

I opened and closed the refrigerator extremely quickly and it was still cold so that was good. so I was able to have breakfast.

I woke up to absolute silence and was confused.

I consulted AI and it told me power would be restored in an hour.

Without AI I’m not sure what I would’ve done.

Highly recommended cellular iPads otherwise you won’t have any means to contact the outside world.
