If true, that’s kind of grasping for excuses. I sincerely hope it’s a better excuse than that. Imagine buying a pair of speakers and encountering an issue. You’d want to hear back from the manufacturer sooner than over a month. Doesn’t exactly build a lot of confidence for a prospective customer. I’m not saying that’s the case, just hoping it’s not a crisis situation for the person.
