Add, have the electrician install both circuits on 20A breakers installed on the same Line, leg, in the electrical panel. (Also tell the electrician you want him to install anti short plastic bushings on the cut ends of the MC cable before installing the MC box connectors. Code does not require them. Tell him you want them any way...

Have the electrician keep the two 20A dedicated circuit branch circuit breakers at least two or three spaces away from branch circuit breakers that feed motor loads. Therein appliances/equipment. When those loads are running, there is an electromagnetic field that surrounds the case of the breakers and can/will induce EMI onto breakers/circuits installed next to the breakers, directly, above, below, or across from the EMI radiating breakers.
FWIW, it's impossible to have all motor loads on one Line, leg, in an electrical panel and your audio equipment fed from the other Line, Leg. No responsible licensed electrician would do that.
