Looking to set up separate circuits for my system

Two 12awg Romex wires into two 15amp circuit breakers and 

two hospital grade duplex outlets provide power

to monoblock amps (one circuit) and front end via 

Chang power strip (second circuit). Underground power

in our community helps with RFI but HVACs still pull on the grid until 

10 pm or so. A wall wart voltmeter is fun and can help 

you predict your power quality for the listening session.

Dedicated wiring is, as others have discussed, very beneficial. I have five duplex outlets, three on house circuits and the aforementioned two 

that are dedicated.

Thanks for this thread!  I'm looking into a dedicated line for my system.  Currently I'm on a very old, mixed up line with no grounding.  If I turn on a lamp my digital blanks out for a moment--it's that bad. ;-)  I can only afford so much but these reponses give me an idea where to spend it.

Add, have the electrician install both circuits on 20A breakers installed on the same Line, leg, in the electrical panel. (Also tell the electrician you want him to install anti short plastic bushings on the cut ends of the MC cable before installing the MC box connectors. Code does not require them. Tell him you want them any way...

Dedicated audio branch circuit 20A breaker(s) location in the electrical panel:

Have the electrician keep the two 20A dedicated circuit branch circuit breakers at least two or three spaces away from branch circuit breakers that feed motor loads. Therein appliances/equipment. When those loads are running, there is an electromagnetic field that surrounds the case of the breakers and can/will induce EMI onto breakers/circuits installed next to the breakers, directly, above, below, or across from the EMI radiating breakers.

FWIW, it's impossible to have all  motor loads on one Line, leg, in an electrical panel and your audio equipment fed from the other Line, Leg. No responsible licensed electrician would do that.

@jea48 Interesting, thank you!  In fact, the problem has not been happening since I got some true 75-ohm SPDIF cables to replace the wonky "boutique" cable I was using before.
