I've said it before, I'll say it again, it is Environmentally IRRESPONSIBLE to leave your equipment on for long periods of time, before or after, or truly despicable, ON all the time!

On, 20 mins, listen, done, off!

Doctors, Lawyers, Trust Fund Kiddos, come on now.

Where were you in 1970?, I was there in Manhattan (went to college at Pratt in Brooklyn 1966-1970)

@wsrrsw - Sounds like Davis and Portmeirion should be sister cities; be seeing you...  Big fan of 'The Prisoner' from when it first showed in the 60's.

I was once at UC Davis in June or July for a meeting. I tried to go running in the 100 degree heat, which was stupid. What I remember was no cars. It’s a very quiet California town. So biking should be a breeze, literally.

Earth Day?  What I do with my equipment is no ones business but my own.  Several manufacturers recommend leaving your equipment on all the time.  I leave my Class A, AB and D amps on all the time.  I turn my tube amps off when I am done listening.
