Looking for a well matched Preamp. Pls advise!

Based on your system and its costs I would go with the Emotiva PT1 or PT2 preamp. One thing that that it has is sound quality and features. Why these preamps you might ask, because they have switching power supplies which are done right. Emotiva calls them high performance preamps. Look into to it, lots of excellent reviews.

Now I would like to point out that in one of my systems I have the Emotiva PT2 preamp connected to a Audiophonics Class D amp. This amp uses two Hypex modules, each having their own power supply so essentially it is dual mono. The sound produced by these two inexpensive components ($1,500) are mind blowing, detail, transparency, and solid bass are off the charts. My point is you don't have to spend a lot anymore to get excellent and enjoyable sound.
