Upgrader streamer from Lumin U2 mini to Lumin U2 or Hi Fi Rose RS-130

I currently listen to my Lumin U2 mini and am seeking upgrade my streamer. My 2 choices are as follows:

Would appreciate anybody's thoughts regarding which of my 2 choices would deliver the best sound. Steve Huff in his reviews, said the 2 streamers are very close, but a slight edge to the Hi Fi Rose RS-130 streamer. Thanks for reading my post.

Did he also mention that the $1,400 T8 gets fairly close to streamers in the $6k range, with an app experience he actually prefers? The only aspect of the T8 that may not please everyone is its brighter house sound, though it should pair very well with a warmer system.
