Brand new Denafrips Pontus 15 clicking constantly

I just got a brand new Denafrips Pontus 15 delivered. I swapped out my Mytek Brooklyn DAC using the same cables. I'm getting a constant click, about one a second. Here's a recording of it,

I am using a Bluesound Node 2i as a streamer, coaxial output into the Denafrips. Using it in NOS mode, but it happens in OS mode too. I'm using the single-ended outputs into a Primaluna Dialogue Premium preamp, and HP poweramp.

Any ideas on how to trouble shoot this. I'm hoping it's not a defective unit, but it sounds like a digital processing issue to me.

It is weird how the clicks only happen when the sound is there,  On silent passages there is no clicking...   That should tell us something, but, I am not sure what ??  I would try to first isolate the problem by playing digital files through the digital front end on the same DAC and see if the clicking happens only when you are streaming from the internet.

Unplug the Node for a few seconds and try again.  Try running the Node from its analog outs into the preamp and see if it still happens.  That’s really strange.

I unplugged the Node, and reseated all the connectors, and it's fixed it. I'll be doing some deeper testing tomorrow. Panic over, thanks for the help.
