Schiit Mimir impressions?

Now that it’s been out for a while, I’m wondering other’s opinions of the Mimir? I’ve been thinking about adding it with my Eversolo DMP-A6 Gen 2. Will I see a noticeable improvement over the Eversolo’s DAC? What about the lack of DSD? I'll be feeding it into a Schiit Saga+/Parasound A23 combo, speakers are old school KEF 104/2s w/KUBE.

Thanks for any input.

Thank you for the excellent input everyone. I'm actually eyeballing the Saga 2 as well. I have a Saga+ and am wondering if the changes are worth giving up the tube stage. Not sure I'm getting anything with it in my setup. At the Mimir's price, it's worth trying to see if it can beat my Topping D90 (AKM chip) and the Eversolo's built-in DAC.

I am using my Mimi’s on my second system—Psradigm Premiere 200B speakers and Rega Brio MK 7 integrated amp with WiiM ProPlus.  The Mimir is better, imho, than the DACs in the WiiM and the Brio.  This modest system provides really good imaging and tonal qualities.  I have not yet tried any of the extra features that come with Forkbeard, but I may try out the equalizer feature soon.  I am pleased with the Mimir.

I plan to pick up a Mimir for a little setup I'm building. It seems like a great value, nothing else I can think of has all those features and pedigree for such a great price.

I listen to Classical and didn’t like it. Sold it for a loss, looks like almost brand new ones are not much in demand.

I bought a Mimir for a 2nd system I put together for my basement- I use the Mimir as an outboard DAC for my Bluesound Node and though I have had the Mimir just a few days now, I feel it's a keeper and the Mimir is superior to the Dec and output stage in the Node.
