Trouble with Qobuz

Hello all - I am running an Innuos Zenith Mk3 into the DAC 2 contained in my McIntosh 9500 integrated.  The Innuos is hardwired to a Google Mesh extender.  I use Qobuz to stream music. And that's the problem.

The Innuos is compatible with Qobuz Connect.  Connect worked for a while but now is, at best, intermittent.  When it's not playing the app just tells me that a song cannot be played due to an unidentified "error."

Qobuz plays perfectly on the Innuos Sense app and the BluSound app.

I contacted Qobuz through their chatbox.  I was first given to an AI functionary.  I was offered generic and worthless suggestions.  I was soon transferred to a real person.  I was given, again, very basic and worthless suggestions.  My problem now is that I haven't heard from Qobuz since December 5, even though I have sent 2 follow up texts.  I have also emailed Qobuz which has gone unanswered.

My questions to you all are:  Do any of you have suggestions as to how to fix my Qobuz technical problem?  If not, do you have any ideas as to how I can get Qobuz to respond to me?

Thanks!

Ken

I have zero issues with Q connect on any of my systems, Innuous, Moon Mind Player or Yamaha WXA50... Using both hardwired and WiFi (client)

Qobuz is aware of the problem.  I first posted it last spring.  It is intermittent and seems to vary with the electronics is connecting to.  It is better, but not resolved.  My preamp is Simaudio 891.  I have the same problem about 1 out of 20 or 30 tracks.

I usually use Qobuz Connect, but have less problems when I use Qobuz with Roon.  The question in my mind is whether to continue my Roon subscription or wait for Qobuz to finally fix it.

FWIW, after several years of successful use, I became completely unable to use Quobuz on my Android device. It would only play brief intervals of songs, cut out, and throw constant errors. The Qobuz support services are not useful. So I reluctantly switched over to Tidal, which I like less, but does work very reliably.

I have the Innuos Pulsar and had the Innuos Pulse before this.  I started with TIDAL long before I knew about Qobuz and continue to do so.  Regardless,  the SENSE App is excellent. Innuos Support is also excellent and they might be able to guide you through this.

Sorry to hear these issues. I guess I’m lucky - Qobuz Connect works flawlessly with both my Lyngdorf amps ( had some connection issues for the first week, then the amps got a software update from Lyngdorf, and no problems since).
