Denafrips Enyo 15th-Customer Feedback

Recently purchased a Denafrips Enyo 15th dac from Todd at TEK Audio.  The experience, from pre-sale to post-sale has been nothing short of spectacular.

First my feedback on the dac:
Paired with Bluesound Nano for streaming, the Enyo excels in soundstage, air, transparency, recreation of the recording details and bass reproduction. Instruments and sounds previously buried in the recording mix are reproduced.  Compared to the Nano as a standalone streamer/dac the improvement is readily apparent.  At this price point, an extraordinary value and build.

Second my feedback on Todd and TEK:
Customer service is a lost art in most arenas.  Todd patiently answered my pre-sale queries and as importantly, my follow-up questions post-sale.  I assure you TEK sets the bar very high with prompt, articuate, well thought out responses.

Highly recommended and bravo!

I have the Volumio Rivo+.  I use a separate 5 volt 3.5 amp linear power supply with it.  For some reason, you cannot buy the Volumio LineO5 LPS in the USA.   I am using the USB interface, and  the sound quality is absolutely outstanding.  You can also put your PCM or DSD files on a microSD card or USB and play your music files.  I use a 1TB microSD card and it is super fast.  You can use the streamer service providers user interface - like Qobuz, Tital, etc..., or the Volumio interface.   The Volumio interface will publish information about the song and artist on any IPAD connected wirelessly.  So, that is pretty cool.  Of course, the Volumio interface is the only way to play your personal music files.  The Volumio software gets periodic updates every quarter or so.  There are some bugs that get fixed with the newer versions.   This latest version is working very well.  In Volumio, there are two ways to show your playlist from -- let’s say Qobuz.   If your playlist is around 1000 songs or more, the more detailed version to show your playlist is a little slow at first, the other simple list is fast.  It also depends on the how "new" your IPhone and IPAD are.  I have an ancient IPAD that is slow with Volumio, so, I just use it for display on the bar for people to see the song and other info.  I have an IPhone 12 that is fast with Volumio.   I owned the Rivo+ for about a year now, and I am glad I bought it.   On my stereo rack,  I also have a 13.5 inch OLED screen I use with it.   Here is a pic.

My music library is stored externally to my IMac on an usb drive and I use Roon.  If I used a micro SD on the Rivo I assume it would be a matter of format to proper format and transfer music files to the SD card, correct?
