Ortofon MC X30 broken cantilever - what are my options

I purchased this cart about 3 months ago.  After playing a record yesterday, I noticed the Cantilever was slightly askew towards the center of the record.  I decided to brush it lightly with a dry stylus brush to see if something was loose.  The cantilever fell off.  I do not recall any event that could have damaged it but you never know.

I have sent a message to Ortofon - but what are my options?  This is my first time with a broken MC Cart.

Don’t they use an epoxy type glue? Such an adhesive ought to be impervious to any liquid stylus cleaner, I would think. One difference I’ve noticed via microscope examination of many styli but could still be inaccurate, between vintage cartridges and modern or retipped cartridges, is the adhesive is a lot more evident in the latter cases. Perhaps this observation is only applicable to retipped ones. One advantage of the lowly aluminum cantilever is that the stylus was often press fitted into a hole at the end. No glue necessary, which I view as a good thing. In fact my vintage B&O had a press fitted stylus into a sapphire hollow tube, until I accidentally destroyed it.

Buy the new MC X 40 is absolute outstanding….. there are different pricing from 700 - 1100 dollars, I mouth it on SME model 30 SME Tonarm Series V. Also on my Thorens TD 126 MKiii with a tune TP16 Tonarme . Sound on all better in the sense is absolute neutral doesn’t ad and anything to the music . I test this way my cartridges i have my own recording done left concerts and from this master recording i get the vinyls done . So i compare the recordings dome with my Revox A700 and the vinyl …. The cartridge wich sound like my recording is the one.
