@maam522a I suggest that you also ask Ortofon to tell you the reason for the cantilever failure.
If it was caused by a manufacturing issue, they should take particular note of the problem so that the appropriate countermeasures can be put into place.
If it was caused by something that you did, you want to know what to avoid or be careful of so that there won't be a recurrence in the future.
